Our Role

EasyBookMe is a marketplace. We connect customers with independent local service providers across Jamaica. Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees or agents of EasyBookMe, and they are responsible for the services they deliver.

Bookings and Quotes

• A booking on EasyBookMe is a free quote request. No payment is required to inquire.
• The provider confirms the scope of work and the price before any work starts.
• Quotes and final prices are set by the provider, not by EasyBookMe.
• Where prices are shown on the platform, they are GCT inclusive unless stated otherwise.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and a clear description of the work you need.
• Be available at the agreed time, or cancel with as much notice as you can.
• Treat providers with courtesy and respect.

Cancellations

You can cancel a request free of charge before the provider confirms it. If a provider has already confirmed or is on the way, please give as much notice as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to use the platform.

Liability

We work hard to feature reliable providers, but the contract for any service is between you and the provider. If something goes wrong, contact us at info@easybookme.com and we will do our best to help resolve it.
