Plans change. Here is how cancellations work on EasyBookMe.

Cancelling a Request

• You can cancel a booking request free of charge at any time before the provider confirms it.
• Once a provider has confirmed, please cancel as early as you can so they can offer the time to someone else.
• If a provider is already on the way or has started the job, cancellation terms are set by that provider.

Provider Cancellations

Providers may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule. If that happens, we will help you rebook with the same provider or find another one quickly.
